Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that because our products are made to order, we maintain a strict no refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. We encourage all customers to double-check their order details, including sizing, color, and shipping address, before completing the checkout process.

Damages and Issues

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being received. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us at admin@redrainemerch.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. Once we evaluate the issue, we will work with you to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper washing.

  • Change-of-mind purchases.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please refer to our sizing charts provided on the product pages to ensure the correct fit before purchasing.
